Shantell Starr joined NHeLP in February 2008 as the Office Manager for the Los Angeles office. She has been in the secretarial profession for over fifteen years and she comes to us from the medical facility, Kaiser Permanente. Shantell is continuing her education part time attending Pasadena City College to obtain her A.A. degree.
